I have to say that you are THE BEST IDIAN CHEF in KZbin. I learned to cook Indian food because of you!! Although I am Thai but my husband says I can cook better than some Indian people. He also said that you are a god of south indian cooking. . Thank you Chef!🥇🏅🏅🏅🏅 Nooh.

Now I follow few chefs... but when I first got married, I was following only your recipes for all... so you basically taught me how to cook. Now a days when my mom visits, she asks me to cook, sits back and enjoys it 😂 Lot of good karma for you Sanjay Sir... my gratitude too 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Excellent! Thank you again for such good dishes - especially the TOFU! Vegans, substitute ghee with oil or even a good vegetable butter without hydrogenated fats or you can make your own coconut ghee (amazing stuff - recipe available on the net!) Great cruelty-free food that is not only compassionate to animals, but also to the environment and your health!

Chef i need one suggestions... See i want to become a Indian chef but today in the hotel they asked that in which cuisine i want to do specialization means like north indian or south indian.. So what should I do I have not decided..
@ahmedm60415 жыл бұрын
My advice would be south Indian cuz they have more flavour and varieties, you wouldn't be disappointed, because it is in now! Thank you.
@vahrehvah5 жыл бұрын
Your training to be a chef first work on all the kitchens so you understand what is cooking all about after one year of working then you decide which kitchen you want to specialise

Vahchef ... Don't get me wrong ... But what's the point of those vegetable carvings? No one eats them right? Isn't it just a sheer wastage of food? I understand guests at five star hotels must be paying a lot, and the cost of those vegetables is no big deal but how could that be an excuse for just wasting food?
