This video should focus more on the function, instead it seems to be focused on the outcome of the food. This does not help us who are trying to figure out how to use this Nuwave pot. The presenter herself gave up when she couldn’t figure out how to do the setting.

Did you figure it out? I just realized the regular lid is not used, instead it calls for "optional glass lid" but l don't know if that is supposed to be included or a separate purchase.
