Like the video like usually. Only this: 20:45 Margins decreasing from 53 to 45 isn't conservative. Decrease to 30% would be conservative. Additionally 30% was their typical margin.

I watched all your videos. You always said don’t chase the girl (NVDA). You always had lower intrinsic value than the current value for NVDA. Now, I don’t understand that all of the sudden you have NVDA stocks as one of the largest position in your portfolio. This make me a conclusion that you actually don’t have to much NVDA stocks or your actions are different of what you are saying in your videos.

From your perspective, Adam said don’t chase the girl and seem like he is chasing it now. Since Nvidia is now at 127, are you going to chase it? He already said he closed, did a re-evaluation and bought more. I myself also sold off all my positions in NVDA after Adam’s initial analysis but I did not buy them back after Adam’s revaluations. Did I cry about it? Yes. But who do I blame, myself. C’mon, dude. If everybody can predict the markets, price and direction, we would all be driving Ferraris and Lambos for our grocery runs. Grow up mate.

Thank you so much Adam!! What a great explanation of the things I never knew I always wanted to know. I could not make sense of the continued hype last year, and then how it stopped sort of abruptly just over 1200, like everyone had the same valuation in the back of their mind.. Now I clearly see where I missed the boat, I'm still very new to investing and valuations, yet it still seems to me the tech/programming moat is undervalued. If we are talking millions of US units next two years.. it feels like the current fair price would just be the start of another lengthy run up. Because, what about other buyers from around the globe? There could be so much more growth in the two years ahead. I learn so much from your videos. It makes it so much more interesting to really begin to understand what is going on. Thank you again!

Your discount rate is not based on your theory in the chart! Based on your formula, the discount rate should be around 12%, which make a huge difference to the valuation of the stock. Can you elaborate your method for a further step? Thanks!

Given the uncertainty and unpredictability of Nvidia cash flow forecast and the current high interest environment, agree with you to use a higher discount rate. What is your intrinsic value based on discount rate of 12%? Adam may have accounted for the risk by considering the lowest end of the analysts forecast in one of the scenario or higher margin of safety. May come to the same conclusion if we use the more prudent scenario.

A bit wrong on the part where Apple is going to use GPU to do AI computations. Most of these computations in the future are going to be done on the NPU instead. So is Qualcomm developing an ARM version for other on-device computations.

FCF is the more conservative method in most cases. Adam tends to be more conservative. Another thing is predictability. Some companies don’t have consistent OCF or FCF, then we have take the consistent measure because we can’t forecast the future value based on inconsistent existing information

"Intrinsic Value" didn't increase. You simply incorrectly measured it because your valuation relied too heavily on quant, and not enough on story. Intrinsic valuations for tech/story companies are extremely hard to get correct. It is easy to over or under shoot. But, I think we should be intellectually honest and not act like the intrinsic value all of a sudden 3xed. It is the same company it was 1 year ago!

If you measure a company’s intrinsic using the DCF model then, the output is affected by a couple of inputs, such as shares outstanding, growth rates, free cash flow, interests rates etc. As such, if these inputs can change from quarter to quarter (say company shows off a new product, and analysts increases growth rates), isn’t it reasonable that the intrinsic value may change?

Bro….. business in the end is just money making machine, I think it’s more realistic to calculate the intrinsic VALUE based on the existing information AKA free cash flow rather than story. Don’t get me wrong, story is certainly one of the most important pillar in investing, but how to value the intrinsic value of a story? Adam is more focus on predictable large businesses, and his track record speaks of himself. I don’t think it’s right to just accuse others as being intellectual dishonest. You owe him an apologize.
