Yeah, this happened to me. Definitely a browser issue. We used google chrome (still on a mac computer) and had no issues.

I am currently trying to apply for my kids and my nvr application and today they called and asked to complete part 4 and submit the barcode thats on part 4 i dont have a clue what there onabaout any help plz

We sent a postal order with our documents. Could it be the barcode of your postal order? Maybe if you didn't send it they could get the payment as long as you can provide a barcode 🤷‍♀️. Can you call them back and tell them you don't understand and ask for further help. Maybe you can do a bank transfer/pay over the phone? May be easier.

@ we managed to get the barcode it was me who just was panicking and alhamdulilah they rang up to take payment just waiting on our visa and passports to come but thanks

If you were born in desh, now have a British assort, if the current one don’t have a stamp, do you have to send your old passport as proof of evidence

Do you recomplete the form for each person in the family• if you dont have a bangladesh birth certifcate will that be an issue?

I did all the forms individually for each of us. Me and my children all have British passports but because my husband has a Bangladeshi passport and birth certificate we were able to use those as proof for our applications.

I need to renew my NVR. My old passport is full. I should be able to transfer the old NVR to my new passport right? Or do I have to submit a new application?

Well usually it lasts the length of you passport and you have to apply for a new one with each new passport expired. However, yours hasn't expired, it's just full so maybe, I'm not too sure. You can give the high commission a call and they should be able to help.

How long it took to get the nvr from the application submission date ?

Way too long!! Over a month I think. We didn’t submit any proof of address which delayed things for us though.

So ive visited Bangladesh last year on my current passport but on the BHC guidelines says if you visited Bangladesh on a NVR then put yes and put the NVR information but if not skip the part
