NWS make tools for other brands, including, milwaukee, Klein, Irwin and some draper stuff. I think the ergo is just in relation to the angle of the head, supposedly the angle protects tendons and joints, marketing in other words. They can be useful to keep a line of sight on what you’re working in rather than having you hands in the way.

Orbis make the draper ergo plus pliers for Draper. Orbis is part of the knipex group I bought a few different pairs of eBay for home use they come in normal straight VDE pliers as well, there a lot cheaper than knipex might not be the same quality as knipex but for home use they are great value👍
