I live in JC and agree that it’s hard to convince friends to come out to visit! Newport is extremely sterile - would recommend around Grove Street for a very cute neighborhood feel with lots of cute shops and PATH accessibility.

These are all terrible tbh considering price lol. God I'm so glad I don't have to deal with this market in Brooklyn. When you say size of bedroom is 'amazing' I just cringe cause its so small haha

Yea because I don’t want to be a gentrifier😅 I have been told so many times that as a high income couple that moving to those communities are harmful for the people who have lived there for generations and contributes to housing cost for them to rise!
