Luckily Miami is home for you (now). No connecting flight. If you would have landed in Orlando, I'm sure the pilot or staff would have given instructions on overnight stays or next flights. I was in Miami in April going on a cruise & a group that was in the hotel I was staying at said there friends from Ohio got caught in storms in FL & they were flying into Ft Lauderdale airport & that airport shut down. The plane got diverted to Jacksonville, FL. So there friends were going to take Greyhound bus from Jacksonville to Miami but there was some issue with the bus so they ended up taking 2 ubers (9 people) to Miami. What an expensive ride. FL and their storms, smh.
