Sohla El-Waylly is here showing us how to upgrade our Thanksgiving leftovers. First up, stuffing dumpling soup (0:45), which puts leftover turkey to work in a broth and transforms stuffing into dumplings. Next is a stuffing panzanella (6:42), which reuses stuffing in a bright, textural salad that ties in familiar Thanksgiving flavors. Last, but not least, Sohla's epic leftover turkey club (10:58). It uses cranberry mayo, brussels sprouts, stuffing, turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, so you can have the best of Thanksgiving dinner all in one bite.

@@Marcel_Audubon Thanks Marcel for taking time out of your extremely busy day to let me know how unoriginal my comment is! Here I thought I was giving the channel some quick, meaningless engagement(a like AND a comment) so that the youtube algorithms would boost it's popularity and recommend it to more people. I didn't realize I needed to be original and unique to do that. When I became single and moved into a studio with NO KITCHEN, all I had was an electric skillet. So I started making dressing burgers. My regular dressing recipe, but made into balls, flattened and then crispified in some fat. OMG crispy delicious. I have not made stuffing as a casserole since. The method would so work for your recipes here.

My favorite thing about Sohla is how she is so resourceful and ingenuitive. She thinks out of the box and is able to reduce the amount of food waste by create whole new meals with leftovers or the ingredients you don't always know what to do with, and that is a handy solution to overall food waste concerns. It makes it easier for people that don't like to eat leftovers because it lacks variety.
