Wow, awesome wand John. Love the scorching technique and the gold leaf looks tricky! Them 'smoother-offer's' don't half come in handy. Very nice job.

Awesome wand, oak being a powerful wand wood and yew a bit of a dark wand wood in the wizard of world. Like yew being a wand wood of evil

Funny that I plan to build my skills as a wood worker by making Pottermore inspired wands, my workshop is as small as it gets till I move but till then I'm not going to be turning the wands carving them from branches and the like till I can set up my new lathe.
@JohnClothier6 жыл бұрын
Sounds like you will have a lot of fun!

Indeed my friend, I'm hoping to make my Grandpas proud and my dad's side of the family cause heaven knows my mom's side is proud but I never met as many relatives on my dad's side but I know three things about the Nimmos one we are Scottish descendants which I personally find awesome, Carpentry goes way back in that we once owned a lumber yard and we are practical artists combine that with my mothers emotional artistry and you got a perfect match. With my poppa as my biggest supporter I will definitely have fun and I hope your future projects are just as fun. @@JohnClothier
