"on going investigation" sounds official or legal, but the question that should be asked is why exactly you cannot or will not comment? Is she under a court order (doubtful), did the FBI ask her not to comment, or as is the most likely did her attorney tell her to stand mute? When some one says I cannot comment the next question should always be who told you that and why.
