The "Other singer" is Noel Gallagher, the brother of Liam (Lead singer). Their fighting was legendary and eventually destroyed the band. Noel was the songwriter and sang many of them too including Don't Look Back In Anger.

Liam was always the lead singer. Did the majority of the tracks. Noel was the writer who took lead vocals on a selcet few songs.

The gravelly voiced guy is Liam Gallagher (the main singer). You'll know him from Wonderwall. The softer voiced guy is his brother Noel Gallagher, who writes all the songs and is usually the backing singer. You'll know him as the lead singer on tracks like Don't Look Back in Anger. Albeit, he never took his own advice and the band split up, due to irreconcilable differences between the two brothers.
