Today I am preparing a very tasty, quick and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients and recipe:
1 cup oatmeal.
Fill with warm water.
approx. 1 glass.
mix well.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1/2 pumpkin weighing 800 g.
Peel the pumpkin.
Oatmeal and pumpkin are very healthy.
The oat flakes are quite swollen with water.
1 tablespoon sweetener optional.
1 teaspoon cinnamon optional.
Salt.
3 tbsp vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Mix well.
dried apricots.
pour in hot water.

Bake in the oven at 180°C or 360°F for 20 minutes.
