Oatmeal pancakes with apple and yogurt - No Sugar, No Oil, No Flour

Ingredients:
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg white
250 g yogurt(1 cup)
lemon peel
1 big apple
90 g rolled oats(1 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
cinnamon
fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side
add your favorite fruits and some honey

Hello magda.. I am wondering if you could do some recipes with coconut flour and green banana flour .. maybe chickpea. I have been diagnosed with diabetes and I am trying to work in lower glycemic flours.. and I also have kidney disease so almond flour is out.
