ingredients:
2 cups (200g) oat flakes
1 cup (250ml) milk
1 carrot
1 apple
5 tbsp (30g) unsweeted shredded coconuts
4 tbsp (30g) dried cranberry
3.5 tbsp (40g) raisins
2 tbsp (30ml) vegetable oil
1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
1 tsp (2.6g) ground cinnamon
3 eggs room temperature
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

硅胶其实也会析出塑料微粒,你可以查一下。我现在任何塑料的东西都不加热。

不打发就需要加泡打粉。
