Nathan, are you able to get the OBDLink EX to change to the different CanBus configurations? I just bought one to be able to connect to the Body Computer of a Promaster, and support says the "EX" should automatically reconfigure. Instead, the AlfaOBD says to connect the "yellow" OBD converter cable (a pin 1, 9 thing).

Bought this couldn’t never get the app to download. Couldn’t get it to connect. No customer service phone number. Not a good product - sent back to Amazon.

you look like salesman for OBD link2 you tell us something we already know, cables port etc ... Download the software is the problem

I wish I was a salesmen for them, I'd be making good money! The apps are readily available on the app stores, both Apple and Android. You can also download OBD Fusion on Windows PC. Where are you having an issue with the software? I might be able to help.
