i feel like the prequels as bad as they were have a better reputation now because we have shows like this and the clone wars to improve the problems the prequels had and make them better.

I feel the runtime the shows had to follow up on exploring the things that people feel made the prequels bloated helped retroactively set up better payoff for them.
