Great workout, but what you're doing is just part of the training. To approximate an American football player workout, you need to throw in some pre-workout or post-workout conditioning runs (like some 300-yard shuttle runs or 110 sprints and agility drills) Lol!

Sprint, lift heavy, play a sport for cardio. Not soccer though because that’s not an explosive sport try basketball
@mostunique59414 жыл бұрын
terricjohnson6 choose some low impact cardio. I do not suggest running of any sort as your extra weight and age means your joints will hate you. Walking, cycling and swimming are your best friends for cardio. They are low impact and you can still push to your limits. Start of with really basic bodyweight exercises, they are very safe and shouldn’t place too much stress on your joints as long as you don’t do anything stupid. There are plenty of programs online but if you need any help ill be glad to provide any advice/resources you may need. You will need to fix your diet though, thats the only way you will drop the weight, recover fast enough to keep up your workout routine and overall improve your health.

@walkingtalkingmonkey41034 жыл бұрын
One of my favorite feets of the human race is asking "why ?" Now that we are hear lets discuss, What is the meaning of life? There is none. The fact we can even ask ourself these questions is a blessing and a curse. Many human fail to see the big picture, we are just small ant on a small rock far far away...

What’s the issue with the swings? Those are standard Russian Swings. He keeps his back flat, keeps his core tight, feet glued to the floor. American swings are useless to a professional athlete
