First time I comment on any video. Wanted to let you know I appreciate this video. Functional training is very much underrated. Would love a video on exercises that emphasises stability i.e. pelvis, hips, shoulders. For better symmetry

Hey FRIEND.. I'm a personal trainer in New York City and I use your routines with my clients.. thanks.. anyone who is critical about your form doesn't understand that everyone's body is different and we all move differently.. what hurts one person may feel comfortable to another..vice versa.. thanks friend...

Hello Sir. Just had this popup on my KZbin recommendations & talk about fate/timing. I'm a 49 year old male (who can see 50 on the horizon in February 2020) who does boxing training for fitness. I've recently had a motorcycling accident (4WD not stopping at the lights & collecting me side-on) & in the process of left-shoulder rehabilitation & regaining power which is taking longer than anticipated. These exercises are awesome! New subscriber as a results. Thanks very much mate. Respect from Sydney, Australia.

hello, I really enjoyed this video, how you explain and how you perform the exercises perfectly, also showing the progression due to injury risk. I'm also a guy who loves fitness, I specialized in this here in Italy, but my study course, albeit tiring and complex, ended with having learned the physiology of movement, execution, progressions such as structure a workout and a periodization, but what I feel missing in all of this is the knowledge of functional training, here everyone is obsessed with crossfit, body building and calisthenics, classic exercises s...squat, rowing, deadlift, bench, dips and pull-ups ... ditto in calisthenics that there are skills, and in crossfit that apply horrible burpees and pull-ups, in calisthenics training is all the same unless you focus on skills. what I would like to ask you if at least you could help me understand how to organize a training session that allows me to have fun and give me much more stimuli than a classic routine example, if we take a calisthenic workout I will start with a warm-up and based on the person in front of me I will know how much volume to put which exercises to make him do let's say it's an intermediate its card will be: supine tractions military or v-push australian pull ups push ups you lunge crunch or plank in the following days the training varies only by changing 2 exercises or remains the same to be applied 2.3 times a week ... sets, repetitions, and progressions let's leave them aside, even a body building program could have a similar structure that is frequency or multi-frequency mode (best choice) but at the end of these routines I don't feel satisfied, the functional work is missing! yes you are strengthening the body but only in those gestures, where is the resistance, where is the agility, the stability, the core is always undervalued by watching foreign youtubers like you, jeff cavalier I notice that training is richer and I would like to become capable of creating workouts of this kind. I hope in your answer

This was an awesome video ty. 👍🏽I'm trying to find great exercises to improve my core and stability. I like the simple and challenge that each moves bring. I already injured my back 3 times in my nursing job. So I'm left with a really weak back which stems from a weak core 🥺. But I'm hoping it will improve 😁
