Obi V. After all the different routines and exercises you did and tried out... you came right back to your original routine. It just shows, that when a person finds a routine that feels good to them , that's the routine that works for them. Mine personally is still jogging 4 miles, then 100 sets of lunges, push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, running up stairs... if possible every other day. Outside a gym thats still my favorite life routine

Conditioning training is one of the trainings I encourage you all never to skip or avoid. They play a vital role in overall fitness level and physique as well. I am saying this from experience. It will also make a room for training diversification, which promotes injury avoidance.

Obi, Don't make content because "it's what the viewers want". As long as you are enjoying what you are doing we will too. Everything from training and diet to things like bike riding and hobbies make for good content if you enjoy making it. Your motivation should come from the enjoyment, don't let the viewers become a hindrance. Keep Breaking The Mould!

Cube bike are pretty good and usually cheaper than cannondale/trek for same spec. Disc brakes all the way. Gradually build up to 100k, and try to do it on a relatively flat route (a hilly 100k e.g. over 1600m of climbing is a lot different!). Snack, snacks and more snacks (oh and electrolyte tabs) are your best friend :D good luck!

There are loads of good bikes out there, you budget will be the big thing to think about. Talk to a local bike shop whatever you go for you will probably want to upgrade the wheels. Need something a bit more heavy duty than what will come from standard. Chat to them about gearing, you are a big boy with lots of power so might find at the top end you need more but also you are heavy so may need an easier gear for those hills.
