Hi Live 2 is for twins, 11 months baby died due to pneumonia hence it's counted as D1. At present woman is having 2 live children who are twins

In twins Para and Gravida is calculated as 1 because twins are born together. Score will be G1P1L1 D1. Please also see examples at end of video for better understanding
