Clear and simple. Great video. The USB Type-C is only a port, it is a regular USB 2 charging and doesn't support a regular C-to-C cable, so you will have to use a Type-C to Type-A if you are using a USB-C charger, since these will not output any power if the device is unsupported.

In terms of sheer performance, is this better than Suri? The Oclean claims 76000 VPM vs Suri 33000 VPM. I wonder how that translates to actual cleaning performance. I already have a Philips Sonicare 4100 but want something with USB-C for travel. I don't mind which it is so will just go with the "best". Thanks!

From my testing the cleaning results are comparable. Not scientific tests, but no reason to really say 1 is much better than the other. The number of additional movements has limited advantage once we are talking in the numbers of 30,000+.

Medium firmness bristles, but you can buy from Oclean, soft bristled heads instead.

Does the "whitening" really mean anything? It makes the teeth white?

No not really. It may have a small difference but there are countless variables and better ways of whitening the teeth.

Hey, quick question ref the Laifen brush. Are you in the market for a new brush or are you simply interested because all the ads etc

⁠@@ElectricTeethI am just interested in the product because of all these ads that youtubers make. They are comparing the Laifen against Philips and Oral-B which are in the industry for years and should be better when looked at the experience and the price points of these manufacturers high end products. I personally bought a Genius X several months ago with your recommendation and happy with it but I am curious about the Laifen and it is in my mind if my Genius X breaks at some point in the future.

Thanks for the feedback. There are a lot of sponsored reviews that make the Wave appear great. I am sure it likely does a good job. They have the advantage of being able to copy Sonicare after they spent years developing the tech. Much like the cheaper lesser known brand sonic brushes are quite comparable to Sonicare. I've just received notification that mine has finally shipped so once it has arrived, I have had time to test etc, I will publish a detailed review.
