So many incorrect information. All K-1 visa go to California Service center, except where the petitioner has a criminal history relating to the Adam Walsh Act - then it is transferred at some point from California Service center to Vermont. Also processing times you are talking about are historical and not current.

I know someone who was processed in Tx, they filed in June 2023. And got approved 3 weeks ago

And I have a case processed in Ca, filed Aug 29 and got approved today !!. I am very happy for your someone and my client. I hope this is a sign that USCIS will be doing a better job. They are getting fee increase April 1, hopefully after charging more, they will provide better service. Fingers crossed !!

All across the board. However it appears that the vast majority of cases go to California, so I use that is the most reliable benchmark when forcasting average results

USCIS approved our K1 fiance Visa Petition on Sept 2023 and NVC said they forwarded our Petition to US embassy Manila Nov 7, 2023 but we didnt received registered mail of NOA from NVC. Other than that my fiance can not anymore access his email. What will we gonna do ?

I expect that the the sorting clerk first tries to load balance, if already all balanced then probably chooses based on which state the case came from.

I am planning on visiting my Indian girlfriend who I am intending on marring. We are familiar and ready to start the first steps of the k1 visa process as soon as we meet this year. The big question is, should I go visit her in india, or should she get a tourist visa and visit me? If I go to india, I'll only be able to stay for about 6 days maximum because my place of work does not supply many vacation days per year. Would this short visit be enough to get approved for the k1 visa provided I take pictures with her, her family, etc?

She can apply for a tourist visa and if approved can have a long liesurely time with you in USA. Often such visas are not granted, if not, then 6 days visit to India is better than nothing.

Its a function of how propertly prepared your case was, and where the intrrview will take place. In general most K1 cases are taking about 13 months to pass USCIS and another 5 to pass the State Department Stage and get the visa.
