So, today I've finally end up reading SCPs 1200-1300. And SCPs I can highly recomended are: SCP-1216: Species of pyramid-like organisms that are living in extradimensional space accesable by portal. SCP-1220: Language that have several anomalous effects on the speaker of the language. SCP-1237: A genetical disorder where the subject's dreams influence our reality depending on the dream's topic. SCP-1254: A book store. Books from SCP-1254 contains a worlds where are living paper people which culture is based on topic of the book. SCP-1265: An area in Africa where are appearing dinosaurs and other extinct/prehistoric creatures. SCP-1271: A kickball field that teleports children on it and than the children will play a kickball in "trance" state. The children's fate will be changed depending on what position they had. SCP-1293: A species of creatures that is consuming illustrations of humanoid creatures that were drew by children. After consuming, the creature will give birth to the creature on the picture.

Knowing the SCP universe, the ingested plant matter will probably continue to grow inside the eater's digestive system until they expire from internal bleeding or trauma from the rupturing of the stomach or intestines. Or the eater could gain the SCP anomalous growing properties, and - with the need to eat and breath, as well as the possession of a skeletal system, grow until their body collapses under its own weight, can't consume enough food to sustain itself, become unable to regulate its own body heat, or suffocate due to insufficient oxygen intake to support its increased mass. If it's the Foundation, we can assume extensive tests have proven that termination or neutralization of the subject is either unfeasible or too costly in terms of consequences.
