That would be easier, even just 3D printing all of them too. I like the all foam versions because if I kick someone accidentally, the toes will flex and bend, and nobody will be harmed.

i would love to see those acordeon-things on the Elbows, shoulders and other places join to the other pieces, so they look like one big suit without some human arms in between... mybe you made it like that already, otherwise i would take leather, and then have either a zip tie or something like a velcro to close the parts together. Love your patience for such props, i love doing it myself, but i often just dont get the Materials or i go insanely functional and never get finished, like a Fallout powerarmor with real, extended mechanical hands.... well, 4 Servos per finger were kinda expensive...
