You mentioned at the start that Torturer is a must because you can apply stacks ignoring their armor... I'm fairly certain that Agony simply bypasses armor on it's own. However Elemental Adaption will reduce the AP of your abilities by 1, and a minimum of 1AP... assuming you're standing in blood. (They're considered necromancer skills)

Pure intelligence. You won’t need points in strength. However, you want to add points into Warfare to boost the physical damage.

You know..I’m not sure how I didn’t notice it before when I was editing and recording. Good eye! I’m not sure why it didn’t deal the primary physical damage of the skill even though it is supposed to there.

Yep! Only limitation is how your PC runs. I’ve had all of the overhauls and both Umbra and Spectre running at the same time with no issue.

Since the damage done by the skills is physical, then the damage will be scaled with warfare.

The armor on my main character is the Devourer Set, available in the main game and completable in Act 4.

It’s a mod you can download from Steam that modifies the game, it is not available in the base edition.
