How many times have people cut across my yard, pulled up my flowers or stepped on them? They have stolen my kids basketball portable court, bikes, and so forth. One time I caught them in the act. But did I choke them? No! I didn't press charges neither. I talk to them because I wanted them to learn and do better. But i was an example in my community. Now, those same children come talk to me with respect. Why? I taught them right from wrong. More importantly, I encouraged them to live better. It take a whole village to help raise these children. Obviously these people aren't true Christians! Jesus Christ would never behave like this. I just can't believe people treat animals better than humans. So sad. REPENT!!!!

Kids play, walk, retrieve their basketballs and footballs daily in my neighborhood from the grass. They are never assaulted choked, or mistreated where I live. I speak to the children, introduce my kids to the kids who pass our home. No one has a right to throw a child down to the ground. He should have been arrested immediately. The grass cannot be hurt by a child, but the child can be emotionally damaged for life from a incident like this.

That was ridiculous. File a lawsuit. Where I live, a cop on-duty pulled a gun on a group of kids for playing in an abandoned building. He didn't even get fired. All the cop had to do was tell the teen, " Could you please not walk across my lawn, it's trespassing." There is a way that you can talk to people and get positive results. I agree, you do not have to choke a kid. The cop didn't even bother asking what was going on.

He kept him there so he could delete the video, or the boy phone caught something it wasn't supposed to catch. Play it back, and listen for it. At 0:39 to 1:03 the answer is clear. I'm so sorry. Things like this make me ashamed of white people. I swear to God Himself I have never, ever treated people of colour, any colour, any differently to how I would want to be treated. I have lived in the heart of East London in England which is as multicultural as you can get and I loved living there and I never had any problems with anyone. Although, why should I? I am colour blind when it comes to people; I see the "content of their character" and not the colour of their skin. I read and see what is going on over there and it's like the civil rights movement never happened and it breaks my heart to see what is happening in the U.S. Education is the key; educate the ignorant out of their vile belief system; educate kids of all colours better than they are now. The American school system is a failure for kids without fathers, feckless or drug addicted parents (either of them or both) Until I got a wonderful stepdad when I was 13 I basically grew up without a father. He was a violent drunk who would beat my mother in front of us. If it hadn't been for the strength of my mum's own nature, I don't know how we would have got on. But I was surrounded by others who were sliding by unseen in their poverty and desperation, of any colour, because they didn't have a mum like mine and/or a good enough education to help them get through it and benefit from it. This POS who seems to be living well is obviously educated (he knew all the proper uses of the word "fu**ing"). Under this glossy exterior is a pathetic bully, who was probably a bully at school, with a complete lack of a moral compass therefore straight into the violence, not even a pause for breath in between to grasp the fact that these are 2 skinny teens, one of whom is bleeding. Where did his "protect and serve" go at that moment? You are correct Phil when you say he didn't behave with normal, parental or basic, human responses. Automatic violent responses point to a disturbed and angry individual, one who should not have access to a gun or any kind of power over anyone.
