We aren't the only lifeform, but we may be the smartest ones, which is just my theory, but who knows if they can control time and space to the point where we can't even see them? We don't know. We just know that we haven't seen them and the unexplained aircrafts that flies around may just be Area 51 aircrafts. Again, we don't know.

For me I saw it behind a cloud on a sunny day.. weird thing was... randomly for like 10 or 15 min it started raining, like weird big drops of rain/drizzle When I saw it I was speechless literally. ALSO for me it was a big triangular ship hiding behind a cloud...there was occasionally a lightning/thunder near it or behind this whole pyramid like ship. So you'll see this clear siloute of a ship Just floating silenty in the sky... until it "smoked bombed" it self and disappeared

Michio KaKu explained it best that we're young compared to civilizations who are way older and advance than us so 100,000 years older means nothing compared to the 14 billion year old universe with 2 trillion galaxies. Then there are planets that are younger and way primitive than us. As for the video footage of Aliens, our phones don't have the zoom capability of a 600+mm lens. What's also challenging for phones is shooting at night. Only thing we'll capture are the lights unless these alien crafts hover low enough between multiple buildings where light reflects off of the windows and walls to give us a good definition of it.
