i imagine part of why viet and japanese ppl are skinniest is because their food/cuisine mainly focuses on being fresh in both ingredients and/or prepared; of course there’s dishes where they fermented or fried food but in general pretty clean in terms of taste.

Men still like to go outside and eat, but as for women they prefer the comfort of their home, specially if they have children. You can order from different restaurants at the same time and some deliveries are faster than ordering in.

My mom is 92 her two older sisters are 95 and 97 and all are still coherent and family active. 95 year old still goes dancing at the senior club every weekend. I’m hoping that I have those genes. She has four younger sister above 80 years. All their brothers and husbands have passed away.

He got something on the Kenyan part. The Nilotes in Kenya who are related to the South Sudanese are pretty tall. The ones always winning the races are from the rift valley. Slender and tall people. I don’t believe Filipino’s average height is 5’1, I’m Filipino in my generation that is gen X i seldom see a guy smaller than 5’5, average Filipino men I think are 5’5 and girls are 5’3,,, I’m 5’8 and 150Lbs of pure muscles and fat and Im 1 of the shortest in my group of friends most of my guy friends are 5’9 -5’11 and my girl friends are 5’3-5’6 and I’ve dated girls back when I was still living in the Philippines with the average height of 5’3-5’6 ending up marrying a 5’5 filipina, my eldest daughter who is 13 years old right now is 5’3 already

I am also a hard gainer, but you have to consume a lot of calories to gain weight. A good way to do that is through mass gainer supplements. But I imagine you want to gain more muscle mass that fat, so you will have to lift to make sure those calories are going towards building muscle instead of fat. You have to train your stomach to consume a lot of calories and make it a 24/7 concious decision to have more calories.
