Ever considered Auditing an Audit from another country? I know it may require some more research regarding the legal analysis, but I'm sure people would be willing to help with that (myself included). Just think it might be intetesting to see the differences and similarities in law, and also the attitude and approach of LE in different countries.

That's actually the test to see if your police are corrupt. Go and ask for a complaint form. If they hand you one straight away, they are probably not corrupt. If they make you defend your complaint before giving the form, they could be corrupt, but possibly not if after listening they give the form. However, if they straight up refuse to take a complaint at all, they are corrupt, and this department is corrupt.

@gergelyvarju6679
@gergelyvarju6679 3 жыл бұрын
@@admthrawnuru I think it isn't only about the individual cops, it is mostly the system. I live in Hungary, Europe. Of course, we don't have a first amendment, so we don't have first amendment audits either. Luckily we have other kinds of audits. But we have at least 2 pretty official organizations responsible for investigating misconduct by police officers, and they can try to "trick officers" into doing something illegal and then prosecuting the officer for misconduct. Sadly their audits rarely end up on youtube, as they tend to mention things like "ongoing investigation" and other reasons why it would be a bad idea. And some of their audits are followed up with arrests, criminal charges, etc. And of course, we have accredited training programs (Some of them are masters degree level and some Ph.D. schools) that train people for specific positions and roles in law enforcement agencies. I see how in the USA sometimes the police departments can't fire incompetent fools, as they would have to fire almost everyone, as they lack formal education about their responsibilities and everyone learned the same bullshit in the same echo chamber formed from officers. If states would say, no one would spend a lot of money on a degree to be an underpaid cop so proper training (even good university level) should be paid by the government and you need good universities and the states would set up agencies to keep police in line, most the incidents wouldn't happen. But funding these changes might cost money they can't spend on problems that would help "friends". Defunding police means they spend less on important services and can essentially "steal" more. In a bad system even if a police officer gets an A+ in one scenario on camera can act abusive and incompetent in others where he feels it is justified for whatever reasons. And bad police work can lead to issues where innocent people ages prosecuted and when jurors trust the police they can get wrongfully convicted. Lack of proper training and lack of proper supervision undermines the whole system.

If you're going to write a complaint and send it to the PD you might as well put it in the trash yourself. I don't know why they act like bullies and make it a big deal to send a complaint when they can and will likely throw it away anyway. The only way to make them change is to sue them or make it very clear that an officer has done something wrong and get the public complaining in social media or the news about the department.

So he cuffed me, brought me over to his cruiser, ran my name, and let me go. Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. And terrorists (puppets of the Antichrist) who misinterpret verses, out of ignorance and political motivations, and take them out of historical context (just like radical atheists do by the way), don't help either. Thank you very much for your time. Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning! Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures. Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement. It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them. (19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).. Salam (Peace) ----------------------------

If anything it makes more sense that police become more ignorant of the law in this day and age. the pandemic has caused many governments to give police nearly absolute power to arrest and detain people on a whim. Why learn the law when you can arrest anyone because you feel like it?

It is part and parcel of building a police state. Covert encouragement of dumbing down officers, and rewarding obedience over critical thinking. Just so you know they are doing the same thing to your children. Fun fact, a 12 year old Ukrainian child is more educated that most of America's 17 year olds. One of the poorest nationans in Europe is better educated than the richest nation on the planet, and in the history of mankind. It's not by accident.

The problem lies with immunity. Officers can get away with this gross negligence because in a court of law they simply say they were acting "in good faith" they thought a law was being broken. You see it all the time where people are wrongly arrested, yet officers aren't punished because of the good faith doctrine. Officers should know EVERY law that they are enforcing. If they can't recite it from the top of their head, they should need to look up the penal code before an arrest is made. Good faith doctrine really had good intentions when it was introduced, but it's nothing more than a scapegoat for bad cops now. Needs to change.

If someone is recording unknown people with recognised faces and then....wants to sell it on stock store website, .. then the person needs a documents called "Model release" where the videotaped person gives permission to sell the photographs or videos.... for example "birthday videos" or people on the beach etc. If the faces are not recognizable then you don´t need "model release" document from them.....When you are videotaping some architecture you need "property release" if you want sell it to stock agencies. Its interesting that stock agencies require "model release" and "property release" documents... but people who profit from KZbin videos don´t need "model release"...so it seems they may videotape innocent kid playing with a dog, and nobody will need any documents. Its quite weird. I think that the person had right to not be filmed without permission, if others profit from it.
