Jack Stucki Officer made no attempt to deescalate the situation. Madam, it’s only a minor infraction, he’s getting a warning.. it’s all going to be OK etc.. At least, I give the officer credit for not escalating.. some officers would have fire 500 rounds and kill everyone in sight.. stating they fear for their life. I tend to agree with this KZbin channel most of the time.. but he got this one wrong.. the mum was on her property running her mouth.. the last I check it’s freedom of speech.. if you can’t do your job without total silence then go into another line of work.

Neffels 360M people in the US.. you get the good, bad and the ugly.. not everyone act the same.. Nobody is happy about a ticket.. I’ve seen videos of officers being cursed out.. they write the ticket and moved on.. I’ve seen another video 2 officer beat a couple almost killed them, the boyfriend suffered a collapsed lung because he cursed them out.. the city end up paying the couple $500k.. This officer did not escalate.. which is good.. I generally agree with officer401, but escalating for freedom of speech on your property!?😳 it becomes a SELF-FULFILLING prophecy.. everything the mum stated and feared could happen.. issue the damn ticket and on to the next job FFS!!!🤦‍♂️

I’m a black woman, 23. My parents and grandparents have taught me to respect cops but to also know my rights. I got pulled over a month ago because , my lights weren’t on. It was the nicest interaction I had all year. Two very nice cops, thankfully they let me off and I thanked them for their kindness. This makes me very sad. I’ve met some bad cops, but the nice ones wipe all the stereotypes away. Please don’t let this woman’s actions speak for all of us. Just comply with the cops, but learn your rights.

Officers put their hands on the duty belts all the time. This lady is crazy and controlling. The issue is that the perpetual hate is so hard to stop for example I’m white and as a white dude if I have kids soon I will definitely be teaching them to be cautious around black people because as NFAC and BLM have stated they want to kill white people and white people are getting attacked and beaten especially young or old ones who are vulnerable so as a safety thing I will teach my kids to look out for that call it racist if you want but I call it caution

I'm watching this in 2023. I googled the incident, and the very sad truth is that back then, in 2020, everybody took this as a harassment by police officer. The family was giving interviews about this "horrific attack" and they were claiming that they are not safe as long as this officer is on duty. Media of course took their side. Not a single good word about officer from the media and there were main media covering this. This is sick! Local police had to launch the internal investigation. Local police and government HAD TO EXPLAIN THEMSELVES. This is crazy. There's nothing to be explained for everyone with a brain who's watching it.

It's very rare that white people are asked if they are on probation, etc. It took many men and one in particular, to die in the street by an officer to have the police calm down. @Tyler Lopes I’m sure they have certain protocol they have to follow. The son pulled on the wrong side of the road & hopped out of the car (both things u shouldn’t do during a traffic stop) then the mom starts accusing the officer of a lot of stuff she didn’t do. Cops call for backup in many many circumstances, it’s a fairly normal course of action. She was being cautious & considering how unhinged the mom was acting and the exaggerations about the officer coming out of her mouth - I would have wanted back up too.

@Tyler Lopes “stop harassing people who just wanna be left alone” - here’s an idea… don’t run stop signs then. If the mother never made all of those false accusations or escalated it to that level that cop would have been on her way 10 mins after she pulled the guy over. It sounds like u just hate all cops to me & no matter what they do - it would be wrong.

@R Cruz That is what people in power *wants* us all to think. As a result this mother reinterpreted everything the cop did as racist. The cop instructed the person driving to pull over to the right side several times. The driver did the exact opposite. She called for backup because already she knew she was dealing with someone who was not following directions. Not following those directions could be pure stubbornness, it could be a sudden sickness, or it could be a sign of something amiss. The cop does not know yet and she is alone so she calls for backup. The mother was verbally aggressive and racist right from the start. When the cop asked the probation question, the mother again made it about race even though the cop explained that they ask that question to everyone. The mother kept referring to the cop as a threat even though she was not threatening at all. The cop explained that traffic stops are one of the most dangerous situations for cops and also said she wouldn't know if anyone is is armed either so they have to be careful of anyone. The mother kept making it all about race. The cop was amazingly calm, yet the mother kept accusing her of "escalating" the situation. The only racism I saw was from the mother. The son was standing there like he was some noble victim when no victimization was taking place, so caught up they were in this lie about cops and white people. The whole thing was insulting. FBI and other studies (done by a black professor by the way who was shocked by the results) show that you are just as likely to be unjustly shot at by a police whether you are white or black. Where is the racism? In addition, for every one white on black violent crime there are ten black on white violent crimes. This is true even though blacks are only 13-17 percent of the population. I'm not complaining, but if you want to make it about race, then who are the victims here? I don't think I need to tell you about the over the top amounts of black on black murders, or that only half of the black population makes it out of the mother's womb alive. Yes, blacks used to be the victims, but not anymore. I used ro have "white guilt" but I'm done with that. That only feeds into the lie which I used to believe. This is a lie perpetrated by elements in and connected to our government to break this country apart, and anyone knowingly contributing to those lies are horrible- for making blacks feel like endless victims and for insulting the character of white people as a whole.
