You can't replace The Joker: Chaos Coaster with this. For starters, you can't have Gotham City without the Joker and a Kid Flash themed ride wouldn't fit in this land despite the DC theme. This would just be an eyesore. I hope you're just moving Joker to another area in the land where it can still operate. It doesn't take up that much space after all.
