The strange thing about football players that is proven by this interview is just how much confidence has to play in success. He mentions how he went from championship level to England level. Then he mentions how Spurs were struggling when he arrived here and went through the list of players in the dressing room. If you had put a Liverpool shirt on that same squad or a Manchester United one. They would have won plenty. It's all about belief which is why I am so happy with Ange. He wants to give this club, that mentality.

Crouchy is such an awesome guy. Always was. Down to earth, clever, funny. Always loved him in Spurs shirt. But I cannot believe he wasnt asked THE question! I have only seen it once and the answer he gave was both awesome and legendary! Question was (no quote, but something along the line): what would you be if you didnt become a pro footballer. It's hard for me to imagine that Gareth Bale to Nottingham Forest for £3million was ever a possibility...though it was at the time...I'm glad things did turn out different.
