This song is actually part of the new mechanic called "Phoqus's Fire". Basically what it does, is it increases the temperature in the whole Outpost 32 by 100 degrees due to a banger that was provided by an Musician named Phoqus. To activate it, you have to turn off all the game sound except the music.
