I love how, the first time listening to this seems SO simple... until you start to pick up the delayed harmonies, the way that they dis-harmonize then bring it back together, and the way that - all through the song - you could pick out each of their voices. Their ability to use words in the song to provide the instruments is wonderful.

I always say PTX’s version is more poignant than all others because they sing the song in a slow 4 rather than the normal 6/8. The last chord was an A9-unusual as an ending chord in itself. But the killer is Avi singing that bass clef 3rd ledger-line A! With all those overtones layered above that note, the group sounded like an organ!

She is the 4th most watch contestant in AGT history with over 300 million view of just this performance from many channels and over 2 billion views on the internet in general. She was feeling nervous and ill prior to this audition and was pushed back because of it. And then she came on. She has steadily matured with her music and look. She is now signed by Syco/Arista records/Sony music. Her album of originals is due out but delayed because of COVID 19. She does have many many other great video performances on You tube. This is her channel of some of her studio covers just to show her diversification. kzbin.infovideos. I hope you enjoy this one and her others. She is not a one trick pony. So if you watch only a couple of these videos I linked, you may not get to see how diversified she really is. Try to see them all even if you don't react to them all. She's now 16 and even at 12 when she was on The Voice Kids UK, she was a powerhouse with an old soul in a young body. Extremely unique in all genres she sings, very passionate with her body language, and probably one of the best if not the best young stage performer today. Possibly even the best. Ballads and old school classic RnB and rockers are her thing with powerful vocals coming out of a thin frame body. Especially shocking to see her at 9 years and up with such power.
