Nice nice house, I live in Oakland CA and it's getting rough out here with the freeway shootings and all, I'm looking for a place to move, been looking in Arizona but I wonder about the heat, I have extreme hypertension and I have a daughter with multiple sclerosis, they really don't do well in the heat, I'm also looking in Louisiana Texas and Atlanta Georgia. Keep on doing your thing big super living in Arizona.

Not better than South Dakota. Used to live in CA, moved to surprise AZ for a year then came to SD. Rent was $1200 in surprise, in Sioux Falls I pay $880 for a bigger apartment

Big Super - Thank you sooo much for a video on a home in Surprise - you must have read my mind on the suggestion a month ago! Extremely impressed with this home and can identify with the buyer on so many levels as a fellow Southern Californian. Our family moved to Surprise in March to a home of a similar size and a similar price as this one. The housing market is still on fire as our home has appreciated by over $115K since we've been here. I wouldn't be shocked if the value of this home has appreciated in a similar manner. As for the city of Surprise, it has everything a person needs outside of a mall so it negates our need to travel outside of the Northwest Phoenix area. The growth of 30K residents in 2000 to almost 150K residents in 2021 is no joke! For the record, Californians like me who are moving here aren't trying to change Arizona - Big Super is right about us enjoying the laid back atmosphere and more affordable way of life.

Well land prices are over 100k and banks won’t lend on good terms on land. Also a manufacturer homes there is a shortage and the bank also loans on horrible terms and rates. So your payment will be almost the same as a regular house .

The prices in the market change everyday. That same house can be 400 thousand one day and the very next day it can go up to 500 thousand the very next day. The housing market is ridiculous right now

Wow, beautiful home! I'm in Cali, but moving the first of 2022 to AZ! Love the palm trees! The has the best of CA landscape but not the high property tax or crowds. I have a friend who lives in Surprise too, and loves the 'laid' back vibe that SoCal lacks. He has the best of both worlds! Dang!

My question would be because I was shopping for houses about the same time in Tucson I was getting outbid by people from California because of cash offers. My question is did he come in with a cash offer did he experience any bidding wars or anything? That would be interesting to know. I live in Sahuarita about 15 minutes outside of Tucson. I went with a new build I’ve been here since April 2021 and my house is already 25,000 more since I moved in

Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona , This was a very very good video! That house is beautiful... Layout is perfect.. spacious! Back yard is perfect.. Solar panels electricity bill savings perfect. Price is just right... This gentleman almost got the 2003 price for 3300 sqft home. With all the landscaping & pool, he actually beat a 2003 price of 3300 sqft. My house isn't that large, but my neighbor's house is; so, I pretty much know for a fact. This gentleman hit a home run with this home. I want solar panels now. If you don't mind, can you ask him who did his solar panels? $100+ electric bill in the summer... Amazing! Thank you sir!
