Anyone who wants to move to Az needs to visit end of July into August for a few days to see if you can handle the heat. And keep in mind we don’t have the typical 3 month summers the rest of the country has. Don’t know how many times I’ve watched a newscast where people are hiking midday and fall out from heatstroke. We who live here do most activities early morning or when the Sun goes down( though it’s still in the 100s, but at least there’s no Sun with it.) So don’t assume you’ll be able to necessarily hang outside for all of those 333 days.

It's a very large school with a big football team, dorms etc. That school being there adds to those rent prices. In 2004 surprise had about 45,000 people, now over 150,000! Hi, Mr. Big just seen the apartment in Surpise for $1472 a month and 700 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath. You have to be OUT OF YOUR MIND PERIOD! For that price you could purchase a home., With 2,3,or 4 bedrooms and 2 or more full baths, and a 2 car garage, plus a patio in the back. Arizona is a magnificent place to be, Beautiful Scenery, places for Entertainment, Retail Shops everywhere, and don't forget the Mountains and the Sunny Weather, My Place to be at. Good video Mr. Big always.😀

@DB-vz6xk3 жыл бұрын
What are the cons?
@jermperture90943 жыл бұрын
@@DB-vz6xk in my opinion, the biggest cons are (1) the floors are very thin, so sound from upstairs neighbors travels, (2) the terms for ending the lease early are insane (3) there is a mandatory trash valet service that is like $200+ish/year. It's convenient but also not really necessary and you can't opt out. Other than that it's really well kept and the office staff is nice when you speak to them. The pools and gym are also really nice and usually empty.

It's been a depressed area for some time, lots of homeless and drug addicts over there. We see it near our neighborhood as well, not far away. It's sad what is happening to the youth and our country! Btw, thanks for your tours. I am curious about rents as I may move and it's nice you are on the ground checking different areas and appreciate your posting. I wasn't expecting that Metro one yesterday, to just suddenly pop up in my YT feed. That apartment complex will be turning into a condo that you can purchase within the next 5 years. That's how they do it out here in Arizona.
