Graves described them as "your favourite tag teams favourite tag team". Well they were and still are mine. But I would interpret that as "people have been trying to copy these guys badly for years and here they are still performing at a high level 15+ years later" Also I loved the stuff in TNA with Nash 😂 whether he was in it fot himself or not, he secured those guys more TV time or attention they may not have gotten at the time (Dixie never cared one iota for her original talent) and we got Black Machismo out of it ❤

WWE acknowledged them like they did AJ Styles. It's great to see. Pity we can't see them wrestle the Hooligans. 😅 That was first the OG indie trailblazer team that made guys like this feel viable.

It's wild that in 2024 MCMGs are not only in the WWE but now Tag Team Champions. Well deserved for one of the greatest tag teams of all time, that we never thought would ever be in the WWE. While they have shitty Def Rebel music, they both still look great and this is the injection the tag division needs. Plus Chris Sabin will always shave a special place in wrestling for me because he got the name "Sabin" from Final Fantasy 6, my all-time favorite game and one he is also a fan of.

Love Sabin and Shelley... But that crap Def Rebel entrance music is so cringe inducing. I wish they were using their indie entrance music instead.

Happy for them, yes. But they are old, and injury risks. But hey, I’m tired of the New Day and the Vikings, DIY, yawn, and AOP simply can’t get over.

AOP can't get over because they're booked like crap. You have these 2 giant guys who are managed by Paul Ellering...and yet, they aren't booked like the Road Warriors. They should be destroying every tag team but they get made fools of in every match.

MCMG comes to WWE and instantly dominating is not what I expected at all. Usually it's a tag team or talent comes in after being well renowned and accomplished in the indies or a major company like TNA or NJPW and gets turned into jobbers instantly. I hate using the word jobbers but that's how it happened, people (modern marks) love to throw it around because they think it means "loser" as in "oh this guy looks like a loser he sucks." I have really high expectations for their tag reign.
