Ice Cube was the only one that asked about the contracts before going with Jerry as THIER manager. Jerry kept making excuses about the contracts until he was going to pay them and finally signed the contracts. Ice Cube stated he wants a Attorney to look at that contract before he signed it. When he saw that paycheck Ice Cube said the pay wasn't right in the first place. So he walked away from the group after the last concert

Pulling wools with your scams is a reference to the old saying of pulling the wool over someone's eyes, which means fooling someone. Wool comes from sheep, and lambs are baby sheep. Silence of the Lambs was a thriller about a serial killer, which basically amounts to Ice Cube telling them how far he's willing to go. For a diss track, that's a pretty deep bar.

For those who haven't seen Straight Outa Compton.....Ice Cube was the principle lyricist with N.W.A. and Eazy E and Jerry Heller cheated him out of his rightful royalties. He went solo thereafter, became successful and the rest of the crew got jealous and dissed him on the 100 Miles and Runnin' LP. That's why he drop a Hip Hop nuclear bomb on them (AKA: No Vaseline). There was never a reply to that! N.W.A. broke up soon after!

The "Jew" Ice Cube was mentioning was Jerry Heller...He was the music manager of NWA. There was a weird contract situation..because Heller and Eazy E founded the "Ruthless-Label" and the label signed "NWA" where Eazy was part of it..therefore Easy got way more money paid than the others of the group for being manager and group member..and that´s why Ice Cube left ...because he was the lyrical mastermind of NWA who wrote almost all the lyrics and in his view he deserved to get paid better than what he got paid. After he left the group, NWA started bitching about Ice Cube in various tracks ..and "No Vaseline" was then Ice Cube´s answer...and by the way that track was from his first solo album which was then produced by "The Bomb Squad" which were the musical mastermind of "Public Enemy"
