@@sansshiber5060 What I personally interpret the meaning behind the mv is that black haired yoongi is suga/(2020) new agust d and blonde haired yoongi is (2016) old agust d. Agust D started out as a misunderstood and angry person that is trying to make society better. But as he started to have more power, he becomes what he hated most, a tyrant. He's seen in the mv with people bowing and him stepping on one of their backs as they were bowing before him. And although he has all the power that he wants, he will take the heads of people who defy against him (as one of the lyrics in the song, "off with their heads"). Black haired yoongi soon enough realizes what his alter ego (blonde haired yoongi) has become. It looks like Suga is from that town but he probably left and came back and saw how the new king changed everything. That's why he disguises himself (with the hat in the beginning). because he doesn't want anyone to know he's back. But he does whatever he can for the king to notice him and arrest him so he can get close to the king and take him down or overrule him and his tyranny. 2016 agust d is the side of yoongi that is angry, depressed, and sees worst in people around him. He's arrogant. He's the side of yoongi that never left his home, Daegu town. The side that never stopped suffering in pain. (shown in his first mixtape: Agust D) Suga or the 2020 agust d is the more ‘good’ side of yoongi. The side that can be seen as a badass and a little rough around the edges but can also be seen as a genuine person with good intentions. This is the side of yoongi that left Daegu town and has seen the world. This is side of yoongi that has achieved his dreams and more without forgetting where he came from. The side of yoongi that is still genuine, sincere, and humble. The town can be looked at as yoongi's mind. The mv basically symbolizes Suga(real king, black haired yoongi) going into the depths of his mind to defeat alter ego(fake king, blonde haired yoongi) who is dragging him back to times he would like to forget. Suga is trying to get rid of the part of him that is holding him back. In my perspective, I don't think Suga truly killed Agust D when he shot him. I think he wanted to but in the end he missed on purpose because he's come to realize that Agust D is still a part of yoongi and to kill Agust D means to kill a part of Yoongi (as well as Suga, since Suga is the person Agust became when he fulfilled his dreams). For Suga to kill Agust D is the same thing as one going to the past to kill themselves; there would be no future self, hence D2 wouldn't exist nor will any future Agust D project. And I think in the future mixtape, we'll know what happened.

대취타는 '주로 진문(陣門)을 크게 여닫을 때, 군대가 행진하거나 개선할 때, 능행에 임금이 성문을 나갈 때에 취주하였다.' 라고 되어 있네요. 근데, 역사적으로 대취타가 연주되기 시작한때가 광해군때부터 라고 합니다. 그리고 흑룡포를 입었던것도 광해군때부터입니다. 슈가가 차열쇠를 짚는 장면이 있는데, 그 차는 과거로 가는 매개체이기도 하고 그 열쇠에 장식된 비치옥 장식은 왕이 중요한일이 있을때 몸에 지니고 다녔다고 하네요. 그리고 마지막에 쏜 총이름이 아미라고 합니다. 아미의 동의와 힘을 얻어 과거의 자신을 죽이지만 잊지않겠다는 내용의 가사가 나옵니다.

Where I’m from they listen to you, it’s called manners. But I’ve definitely met people who laugh at you mid-sentence, they don’t let you speak. Their mouths are like open cans, they don’t ever close. With those people my mind just shuts off and I’m dozing off.

@@fmjjjjn7510 Fun Fact : there's a saying in Korea that roughly translates to "you need to listen to a Korean sentence till the end". And that's mainly because the verb in Korean is put at the end and all the conjugation or grammatical suffixes (like But, the negative form, exclamation and question marking suffixes) arrive after the verb. So in a way you're"forced" to listen to the whole sentence to understand what the person means. I relate to what you said about people not respecting what you have to say or laughing at you midsentence as I do experience that regularly where I'm from. Especially if I bring up anything thought of on even a slightly deeper level than average.

I think it's just the asian culture as grammatically even Indian languages( don't know about other asian languages) have the same sentence construction as korean so verb is at the end. Also it is considered rude to talk over someone people really get offended when someone does that.

대취타는 왕이 행차할때 울리던 전통음악입니다. 망나니와 짜고 미친왕을 죽이는 내용이죠. 처음에 저잣거리에서 눈맞추는 사람이 망나니예요 자동차는 감독님이 꼭 넣고 싶어 하셨는데 세상에서 제일 비싼차를 하고 싶었는데 그 차는 드리프트가 안되서 90년대 부의 상징이었던 그랜저를 썼다고 하더라구여 (차종을 말해줬는데 까먹음) RM이나 슈가는 어릴때부터 랩을 했고 랩을 잘해요. 근데 방탄의 노래에 맞추는거라 100% 본인들의 랩스타일을 보여주는건 힘들기 때문에 래퍼 라인은 믹스테잎을 발매하는거죠. 팬들을 위해 무료배포하는거구여

To be precise "Daechwita" is a military parade music for when the King comes out of the Palace and go around his Kingdom. 1)To remind the commoners who is King or, 2)To check on how his people are doing under his reign. In SUGA's MV "Daechwita" is two things: (1)the proclamation of Gwanghae King SUGA that he is the only King. And anyone who says otherwise will be beheaded. (2)and the declaration of Dark-haired SUGA that he is the real King and not the crazy King.

In the last concept of BTS they talked about the masks, the many faces / many personalities within us. The tyrant king (maybe a Min Yoongi alter ego) ordered the beheading of Agust D (another Min Yoongi alter ego), but when he fell on his knees in front of the executioner Agust D started to sing his song that infects all those people they start shaking their heads in time with the music and it also infects the executioner who, instead of killing Agust D, cut his bonds and helps him kill the tyrant inside him. This is my own interpretation!

I liked how you each had such a great time! And you were like many of us watching this MV for the first time ... silence! 🤣 because there is so much to take in and also it's not obvious at all. I loved that your first reaction was so stunned - mine was too. It's even more challenging for those of us who are not Korean, but clearly even Koreans also found it rather baffling, and no criticism for that. This MV was made with all the commitment of a serious movie, yet it has in-jokes for ARMY such as the cartoon of Bang PD which was done by JK, and the fight scene between Jin and JK (which is just a slice of real life to be honest), so it's still not taking itself too seriously. However, the music is as serious as Suga always is. It's a really complicated piece, perhaps not least because it doesn't take itself seriously. There are "explained" videos for it, but even those don't fully explain every detail. I don't actually think that this is meant to be that direct. It's more like a dream which any one of us might have, and what is important is the interpretation we place on it ourselves, as if this is a conversation we are a part of with Suga, which is only complete if we contribute as well. I like that.
