Ive been to Florida many times and absolutely loved it. Love the fishing out there. In California, our Salmon and Rock Fishing is real good but in my opinion warm-water fishing is where its at. The bite in comparison to colder waters is just day and night. Theres something about that climate which keeps fish active regardless of where you are. Slaying em all day.

Cooking tip: if you love the taste of red onion but you hate how strong it is..let the chopped red onion sit in a bowl of ice cold water for about 20 min before eating. You’re welcome 😘

Ummmm, Florida state law says that fish must be brought ashore in whole condition. It’s illegal to fillet fish on the boat. I’m sure your guide knows the laws but that’s a little questionable.
