Running your end of thread thru beeswax and then your fingers after it splits will make the ends stick together so you can thread.

What size Dura Thread did you use? Also I’ve tried the pattern with fireline and I can’t get the 15s around the face of the project to sit flat. They end up looking awful, which meant I ended up not using them. Please please advise. Love LOVE all your projects. You’re a very gifted teacher. 👏✌️❤️💙❤️💙🇬🇧

The durathread only comes in one size and it's a .006. A 6lb or 4lb fire line will work great.

There are Alexandrite rivoli's so nice and easy. June has multiple birthstones, pearl, alexandrite and moonstone.

I believe you need 36 beads around for a 14 mm Rivoli. And you can add 2 sets of bicones to get 5 sets of 2 bicones or leave it with 3 sets on the bottom. Or even put 7 sets. Just keep it an uneven number... 😉

The thread look really thick, what size needle are you using with the new thread?

No the thread feels like silk and I won't be selling sample packages of the thread. It's very affordable with 100yds coming on a spool.

How do you figure out how many delicas are needed?

If you know the size of the Rivoli the best thing to do is google it. There are tons of free charts out there that tell you how many delica beads you would need for different size Rivoli's. Just google search "How Many Delicas to encase a Rivoli"
