OMG! I live in United State pretty much all my life and you are a blessing because, I miss African food so much and by watching your video I able to cook Nigerian food that I love and VERY healthy. People please stop criticizing his cooking /video if you don't like it, then don't watch it because negative comment it's not necessary. Thanks so much bro for sharing this video and please ignore the ignorant comments!!!

wow! dis is nice .. But u did not put Ogili, it could ve been better if u put Ogili. We can cook Oha soup or Bitter leave soup without Ogili

@@bossbaekamsy I understand what you're saying, I am from Anambra state married to Imo state man when my in-laws cook I don't eat it because the food has no taste especially soups. I can't eat Onugbu and Ora soup without Ogiri. I do add okpenyi and Ogiri in my Egwusi soup. But people from other Igbo state like Imo and Abia don't add Ogiri in their soup.

Chinwe! the stock fish alone has a peculiar ordor that is offensive to non-Nigerians. When you add ogili, you better be doing this in your private house. If you happen to live in an apartment complex,you'd be courting disapproval, at the least, and that's not being considerate.lol!

Lol I made some ogbono soup recently and I put some stockfish in there and it smelled up my house for days my husband had a fit but I made for him gizzard and dodo I use chicken skin because I can't find cow skin at the halal meat store I go to where can I find achi spice here in Chicago

Mc Kay depends on where you live. If in London, UK you can buy from Peckham Deptford Thornton Heath or Grays. market days = Wednesdays.
