I have so many cucumbers coming from my garden that I wanted something nice to have in the fridge to just pull out and enjoy. I had already just sliced my cucumbers and had them sitting with some salt before I fou d this video. However I mixed the sauce as you recommended and added 2 tablespoons of sugar, and some garlic powder (I didn't have anymore fresh garlic other than the three cloves and I love garlic). As I really enjoy green onion and shredded carrots I added those to this in lieu of the onion. Mixed it all and OMG - so yummy. Thank you for all your instructions through all your videos. It made me feel empowered enough to make my own little changes.

This is the best Korean spicy cucumber salad. From this channel, I've tried beef bulgogi, pork bulgogi, kimchi stew, tofu stew, soy bean paste stew, spinach salad, mung bean salad, and this cucumber salad.
