I've been on work over rigs in th oilfields for 32yrs unless your running th rig without th rig hands, witch robotics will be th next new way! Th largest oilfield co. are th lowest pay but use that money for safety training safety employee safety meetings not to mention all the hours lost because of guide lines and regulations still you'll always have injuries new oilfield or not Hell its got so slow of a pace now there's a lot that are In it now that would have never made it back in th 70's and 80's
