Oil Spill Mullingar Endangering Swans

𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢 : Our Town Park Swans are in Danger from an Oil Spill pollution that could easily of been prevented by installing Storm Drain Filters at the Brosna..
Elected representatives had asked the Westmeath County Council in 2019 to install a 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 at Austin Friars Car Park area at the Brosna.
So why hasn't this happened. #saveourplanet
