What this trial says to me is that our criminal justice system is not about justice....rather it's about who plays the game better.

You just figured this out? Lawyers are not interested in the truth or justice. They admit this. Their job is to get people off, regardless of their guilt. You have to be morally damaged to do that job. OJs defense team is the crowning example of this. Look at kardashians face when OJ gets off. He couldn’t believe it. He knew he had been representing a killer all along.

@@TDKiller415 What we need is a justice system interested in justice and the truth. Not these ridiculous court room displays and antics like how to pick a jury that’s too stupid to understand the evidence. You shouldn’t be able to buy your way to an acquittal. The attack on on Ron Shep was relentless on him to discredit his testimony against OJ. OJs family came across as well educated hard working women, they loved Nicole Brown Simpson, but wasn't aware of the abuse that she had been dealing with OJ. It helps to have a bunch of women friends boosting your ego! Looking back now all the defense attorneys did was defend OJs impeccable reputation and star quality. They really made Darden look like he was more jealous of OJ rather than trying to get a conviction.

@kennethcharles1386
@kennethcharles1386 2 ай бұрын
@@markwilson4690 There was blood in the car,but not what they were looking for, that's why they impound OJ's truck with a public facility rather then the police pound. It gave them easy access to the truck anytime. they wanted. Just look at how many people were in and out of that truck and then going back weeks and even months, finding more blood evidence was very suspicious. "But with all that blood OJ Simpson would have to have been covered in blood it just doesn't make sense, and then there's the matter of that EDTA preservative found in OJ's blood evidence at both crime scenes. The prosecution could never explain that. "Foul play by detective Vannatter taking that blood sample of OJ's to both crime scenes. " Had it not been for the video footage of Vannatter passing off OJ 's blood sample to the forensic technician Mr Fung they would have gotten away with it, but they caught. That EDTA came from that vile containing OJ's blood sample. Now it's almost impossible for a jury knowing all this to convict OJ Simpson. This is when the LAPD was put on trial this trial was no longer about two people; Nicole and Ron, who should be alive today: the case shifted to defending the police officers and detectives involved in the case . I won't even go into Mark Fuhrman's character once those tapes showed up and he was still giving interviews to writer, who now admitted that her and Mark Fuhrman were having an affair. And don't forget Mark Fuhrman pleading the fifth amendment in a double homicide and he was one of the leading detectives in this case????????? This was one of those cold cases that will never be investigated by LAPD. "Ever." With all the police corruption involved in this case is probably why; they just closed the books and sealed up the files on this one. 30 years later and OJ's dead now and still it's a who done it case..........

I think too many people were focused on of doing this crime alone. The evidence disproves that as there were 2 different set of footprints in the blood at bundy and they were not Ron's. Yes I think he had to have an accomplice and that he took all those bloody clothes and the murder weapon so they wouldn't be discovered. And this crime took less than 10 mins according to forensics. Yes with the right strategy I think it would be easy fir oj to avoid injuries. I think Nichole was knocked unconscious and oj along with accomplice retrained Ron. The glove came off in the process. They first killed Ron and Nicole throat was slit after. Then they stripped down in the dark. Blood was found in the broncho matched Nicole and ron and oj. That's a fact. miketgriffith.com/files/bloodorigin.htm Moreover, when the five blood drops at Bundy were collected and put on evidence swatches, the criminalist, Andrea Mazzola, put her initials on each of the five swatch bindles, but the bindles that the LAPD later presented as the bindles that Mazzola used did not have her initials on them. This suggests that the swatches were switched or tampered with at some point after Mazzola collected them, which in turn suggests that the five blood drops that were tested were not the same blood drops that Mazzola collected. This would also explain why these blood drops contained wildly varying amounts of DNA. The prosecution did not explain why the five Bundy blood drops contained such vastly different amounts of DNA, even though they were supposedly dropped within seconds of each other on the same kind of surface and were all collected during a relatively short time frame on June 13. The five blood drops were Items 47, 48, 49, 50, and 52. Consider the amount of DNA in Item 117-the best of the back-gate blood stains-compared to the Bundy pavement blood drops. Item 117 contained: 27 times as much DNA as Item 47 45 times as much DNA as Item 48 270 times as much DNA as Item 49 51 times as much DNA as Item 50 11 times as much DNA as Item 52 Item 47 was Item 52’s closest competitor, but even it contained less than half the amount of DNA that Item 52 contained. (Incidentally, Item 52 is the only Bundy blood drop collected on June 13 that yielded the odds of “1 in 170 million” that the prosecution so often cited and that we see cited in so many books on the O.J. case.)

All I’m saying is there are key facts you’re overlooking. No one who interacted with OJ at the airport and on the flight to Chicago testified to seeing any cuts or bandages on his hands, including people who observed his hands, shook his hands, and asked him for autographs. A broken glass and bloodstained towel were found in his hotel room. His blood was only found in one spot of the Rockingham glove, the same spot where Collin Yamauchi testified to spilling his blood sample while handling the glove. None of his blood was found on the Bundy glove. 1.5 millimeters of his blood went missing from its vial. There were blood drops on Nicole’s back and blood on Ron’s car keys that was never even tested. There were 17 fingerprints lifted from the crime scene and none of them matched OJ.

the fact that OJ not only had to go through the shock of Nicoles murder, but than went to prison for it and almost had to spend the rest of his life in prison for something that he didnt do is terrifying. Thank the gods the Jury saw through it

The thing that struck me as wired how can someone that came from such a bloody crime scene and went home came out got in a car. No blood on him didn't take a shower. Where's the blood. Smears and drops. Anyone coming out of that scene would be covered in blood. And they would be a nervous reck.

And yet these vigilantes ignore these facts and were 42:54 hell bent on destroying this beautiful family’s peace tranquility and happiness without any care or concern. This is why we know they have no soul or compassion for justice. Hence the racial divide.

How many times are you gonna mention this nonsense about the bronco ride??!! I hoped you contacted the prosecutors to alert them to this minor oversight. I am sure that would’ve made all the difference. Since you insist he was fleeing yet never left the L.A. area. You are an Einstein. Should of had you as Prosecutor.

So really his grief doesn't surprise me it was real even though he killed her. They were togther since she was 18 and they were at one point madly in love. This testimony is not really relevant to me because of their history he could easily feel bad that he murdered her as he in his twisted mind he felt she deserved it. My feeling is that he missed her and maybe even regretted thst he lost control and brutally murdered her. The defense pt is because he was grieving fir her lost means he couldn't have done it because he still loved her
