We live in a rat race where power has been taken from the parent and the government is now raising children. The village which tricky is talking has been dismantled. The pattern is Single parent households HAS to work meaning they can't raise their kids which then leaves them idle n the blind leading the blind. Bro your kind of capping. Every generation says the younger gen are bad. If you deep it look how active the roads were is the late 90s to early 2000s. Let's be honest with ourselves overall the younger gen are doing alot better than what we were doing in past. If you talking our culture then teen pregnancy has dropped our kids are getting better grades more are going to uni and getting into positions of power . Infact tricky is kind of patronising why don't he invite some youts on his show and let them chat form their perspective rather than him talking for them ?🤔

Yep I'm 36 almost and I say the same our generation is the last of the dying breed. However I have a 5 and 3 y.o daughter and this is the new generation we can try change if as said we go back to a village mentality again. I encourage my children whenever they see the locals to say hi and good morning etc. To say thank you and please and to be polite to their peers parents and shopkeepers. I still don't swear around my elders and my parents and grandparents My eldest daughter is 13 I don't live with her and she is lost and disrespectful because her mum is what Tricky described at the start 'get your hands off my kid' and the if he aint with me he cant see his kid type I tried to smack her on her hand when I was around 24 /7 for swearing and her mum called the police ! Her mum lost us both our kid at that moment I still pinpoint it to that from time in front of my baby she undermined the role I had to play (very light smack btw) game over .she's been kicked out of school already she's 13 😪 swears and shouts at her mum and disrespected her teachers I try intervene and get told I'm not there to be able to have a say but ironically her mum says it's my fault somehow as to her behaviour it makes no sense ...
