Dalgona aka "honeycomb" is a Korean street candy that is made by melting sugar and stirring rigorously and then adding baking soda until it becomes puffy, creamy, and thick. It's then poured out, flattened, and then a shape is pressed into it right before it hardens. Vendors typically sell them by schools or Parks, basically anywhere near a lot of children and they would oftentimes play a game with the kids where they had to get the shape out without breaking it (just like in the episode) and if they did, depending on the vendor; they would either get the one that they already have for free or an extra one for free. I'm not Korean, but my uncle is from Korea and he used to make this and making by all kinds of Korean snacks for me, my siblings, and my cousins when we were kids.

So right now the names we know are Seong Gi-hun which is pronounced sung key he-oon. the key-he-oon is connected so you put a light emphasis on key and follow through with hyoon. Koreans emphasis the vowel sounds more than the consonants sounds whereas English does the opposite. The glasses guy is pronounced sanhg ooh. His name is Sang-woo. but Koreans don't pronounce the W so it turns into an OO sound like Boo. So his name is Cho (like Cho Chang from Harry Potter) and then Sangh like ahh-ng almost like Song. Together it's Cho Sangh Oo. The North Korean girl (your favorite) is Sae-byeok pronounced like seh byuk. so like seh like set without the T, and then bee yuk but more emphasis on the yuk part. The pakistani guy is just Ali like Prince Ali. The "crazy" with the cigarettes lady with the curls is Han Mi-nyeo like Mee nyuh. It's like Mean-yo almost but emphasis on the yo part. Han is pronounced like Hon. like Hong but without the G sound The tough guy is Jang Deok-Su pronounced like Chung Doke Sue The old man's name is il-Nam pronounced like eel-nom The cop's name is Hwang Jun-Ho. Hwang is pronounced like hw-ong almost wong but with a huh sound in the beginning. Jun is like June and ho is like santa's ho ho ho. So together it's Hwong June Ho BTW Make sure to select the caption option that does not have [CC] next to it as that is for the dubbing. The regular English subtitles are for the translation.
