I have now lost my mom,dad,and biological dad within 22 months, I hate the victim mentality, and yet here I am still dealing with dizziness, anxiety, random pain that moves around. I will get better.

My past sucked but it doesn’t suck anymore.. worked hard on myself to leave the past behind, make peace with the stories and now have the strength to create a much lighter brighter better present and future for myself .. not being a victim but a survivor and as a shared in a past comment, everyone in my past environment is starting to change too now that I stopped replaying the old trauma video of my past life❤

Dan I work in TV. We have backup-content to run in case of emergency, storm, cancellations etc. produce 5-10 7 min videos for yourself and keep them on the back burner. This way if you get sick you use one of the videos in your stash. Highly recommend it. (Or break the streak, we’ll forgive you 😂)

I remember watching a similar video to what Dan is saying here “you love your pain” and cling to it saying “it’s mine” and I was like woah! 💡 This made complete sense and since then I no longer hold onto my past. It was eye opening for sure! Self love is 🗝️💯🦋✨

Really needed to hear this today. Thank you as always and i really admire your commitment to not breaking your streak. I don’t see it as perfectionism or not wanting to let ppl down, but rather as an example of showing up for something consistently which is the ultimate act of self love/ compassion. And of course we all get to benefit from it so it’s a win-win. Love you Dan!

Wow Dan! Great video! I was wondering how much abuse/trauma played into this. My first 25 years of life really sucked! No one came to my rescue so my life mantra became its all up to you. You can handle it! Pain must have become my friend because there is no way a child should have “handled that! My best friend of 27 years! This video is a huge lightbulb moment! Thank you soooooo much!❤

Good morning Dan, just wanted to share with you what I have observed in the last few days. Over the last few months a new ‘pain’ has developed in my lower abdo region, it actually moves around from front to back and up and down, which I know is PDP. But I thought I’d do the thing and go to dr and get it checked out, shes ordered bloods and a scan but the health services here are pretty shocking so still waiting on appts for both…not a problem. The pains come and go worse in the morning less in the evening and more so around BM’s 😂. Anyway yesterday I got a migraine- blurry vision, numbness etc that came and went all day, I carried on with my day at the beginning till I felt so crap I went to bed for the arvo and did some well needed sleeping. Slept pretty welll last night too and woke this morning to the realisation that I hd no abdo pain yesterday 😮😂 So funny to see this stuff eh and to KNOW that it is PDP. So grateful for the migraine 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I've been having a terrible flare-up of pelvic pain for over a year now and my financial situation and apparent lack of any real concern about my situation from relatives (couisins and an aunt are my only living relatives at this point) has me feeling more desperate every day. I've been feeling somewhat hopeful watching your videos, but I'm a little confused as to what, if any, steps are involved in this process of conditioning the brain to stop sending danger signals to the body.

@@Hadassah811 Thanks for your input. I have watched most of Dan's videos. I guess the sum total of everything Dan teaches is that by trying to do normal things as much as possible, and staying focused on normal things (instead of pain-related obsessing), the brain gets the message that it doesn't need to protect us with all these symptoms in the first place.

Dan will you make a video about clicking noises, popping noises? I never had this until I started getting fibromyalgia symptoms and now I have them all the time! The fibromyalgia pains have lessened but the clicking and popping noises are worse than ever!
@mercyme8014

I’ve just noticed this happening to me while standing and working. I also noticed it’s way worse (like my leg is going to give way or something) if I breathe shallowly. If I breathe more deeply into the belly I notice less creaks and pops. Could be the body feeling more relaxed and less threat/anxiety? Or, maybe I have fibromyalgia and don’t know it.😃

Alright so I try to not complain, but I don't feel safe at all right now. I've been served a notice to leave my rental and I only have one more month before I leave for a new country because there's a housing crisis in my country. So on top of all the other bs I'm going to be behind regarding the language barrier. Also a couple of months before that, I hurt my knuckles. Which is giving me symptoms. And I have awful IBS and mental health. I don't feel safe or secure at all in life. I have really dark thoughts.
