Spurs gave up 5 wide open 3s in the third quarter 3 by kanard and 2 by huff. Not paying attention to detail is coaching not a players issue. It’s the job of a coach to constantly remind players about the details of the game.

Players are supposed to pay attention to detail too lol. The giving up of the threes is a player problem not coach. A coach cannot do anything else but coach. It’s a players duty to pay attention to details and execute.

The role of Sochan is to take care of the dirty work : box-outs, offensive rebounds, on-ball defense on the best player,... This year he is very good in cuts to the rim (from which he got his 10/15 pts per game). I don't like when Barnes is playing PF because he is not a rebounder. I prefer him to play as SF to stay mostly at the perimeter (he is by far our best 3-point shooter). Our frontcourt is really weak this year. Too many PG and SG in the roster but not enough PF !! We really need to make some adjustments at the free agency this summer : - We need more vets in the team. - We need more 3&D in the team. - We need to bring at least another PF. I have an obvious name to propose : Guershon Yabusélé who is ticking all cases. More than that he can also play as backup center. He is free agent this summer and the Sixers won't be able to offer him more than a tax-payer midlevel exception (5M$). To finish, he is french and is the PF starter of the national team (guess who the Center starter is for this national team)

He is in his second season and mentally he is still a kid he doesn’t know how to get to his spots yet he is just dominating off of raw talent wait till he figures out how to get to the free throw line consistently …right now he still doesn’t understand quite how to finish games yet but he will just give him time he is going to be the best player in the world….. in his second season. He has better stats than Jokić AD KD and Giannis…. Comparing to their second seasons. Wait until he knows and understands he is the team leader

The Spurs need a back up center. The center position is the most demanding position in the NBA right now, because of all the switching. Jaren Jackson plays 29 minutes per, Zach Edey plays 21 minutes per. The only players who play more than 30-33 minutes conserve their energy on defense, so they could score. Players like JOKIC and Luka only play offense. Wemby plays both ends, it requires more energy combined with him having to guard centers at least 20lbs heavier.💯

Not your best video or analysis. If the paint is clogged, due to poor spacing, you want Wemby to shoot contested long 2's instead of 3's. Wemby went in for a finger roll with four minutes left and got it blocked and the grizzlies went on a run and we lost. Wemby has to stop being soft and start dunking inside the paint. He’s too big for soft touch layups. SMH

Clan the Spurs front office are making him primarily play from the arch to avoid injury until we are ready to contend.
